We want you to love your purchase from Prarammbh. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Please Note Before Requesting a Return

All our jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans and made using natural semi-precious stones. As a result:

• Slight variations in design, finish, or stone colour may occur from piece to piece.
• These are not defects—they are the hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and natural materials.
• We believe these natural variations are a part of every handcrafted piece and make each creation uniquely yours.
• Sterling silver naturally oxidises over time when exposed to air, moisture, perfumes, cosmetics or certain environmental conditions. This is a natural characteristic of silver and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
• If you have any questions regarding size, fit, or product details, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We'll be happy to help you make the right choice.

We do not accept returns for minor variations or natural markings, as these are intentional and part of the product’s appeal.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

• Eligibility: If you want to return or exchange the purchase you should inform     

• Notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
• Once approved, dispatch the return within 3 days.
• The returned product should reach us within 7 business days of approval.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
• Should reach us in 7 business days after approval.
• Jewellery must not show signs of wear, alteration, resizing, cleaning, or damage after delivery.
• Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
• Customised or engraved jewellery
• Items bought during clearance or promotional sales

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at prabhat@prarammbh.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will share the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an error on our part.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact prabhat@prarammbh.com
• For approved returns, the following deductions may apply where applicable:

·         ₹200 towards handling and quality inspection charges.

·         Payment gateway or bank processing charges.

·         Original shipping charges (if any).

·         Return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost. You can write to us at prabhat@prarammbh.com or WhatsApp @ 9607034588.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product or size (where applicable), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection of the returned item.

Any difference in price, shipping charges or taxes shall be payable by the customer.

Exchanged products are not eligible for further exchange or return unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders for Ready-to-Ship products may be cancelled before dispatch.

Made-to-Order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.
