Shipping And Delivery Policy

1. For the products that are ready to ship, are dispatched the same day and take about 5 to 7 working days to reach you.
2. For products / variants that are marked 'made to order', it takes 4 weeks to make and ship them to you after all quality checks. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with the expected date of delivery and tracking number. 
3. We choose the carrier based on your location and reliability on that sector.

Order Status and Tracking 

1. After you place the order you will receive a confirmation mail.
2. You will also receive an update on the date of expected delivery.

International Orders

1. All International orders take 15 days to reach the destination
2. All the import duties and taxes as applicable in the country of delivery are borne by the customer
3. I am in the process of tying  up with an international carrier but till then you can always write to me on prabhat@prarammbh.com and I will communicate the delivery charges for the your country.
