We want you to love your purchase from Prarammbh. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Please Note Before Requesting a Return
All our jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans and made using natural semi-precious stones. As a result:
- Slight variations in design, finish, or stone colour may occur from piece to piece.
- These are not defects—they are the hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and natural materials.
- We believe this uniqueness adds beauty, character, and value to every creation.
- If your product darkens over time, be assured the silver you purchased is pure. Oxidisation is a natural property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic and storage conditions.
- We request you to contact customer support for size and fit doubts before placing your order, we would be happy to help.
We do not accept returns for minor variations or natural markings, as these are intentional and part of the product’s appeal.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
- Eligibility: If you want to return or exchange the purchase you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
- Customised or engraved jewellery
- Items bought during clearance or promotional sales
How to Request a Return
- Email us at prabhat@prarammbh.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will share the return address and shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact prabhat@prarammbh.com - Rs 100 is deducted as handling charges and there are bank processing charges also to be absorbed by the customer.
- Forward and Return shipping charges are non refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost. You can write to us at prabhat@prarammbh.com or whatsapp @ 9607034588
