  • Each piece is handmade, and therefore minor variations in design, texture or finish may occur. These are not defects but part of the uniqueness of handcrafted jewellery.

  • We make every effort to display product images accurately, but colours or finishes may vary depending on your device or screen.

  • All descriptions of products are subject to change or discontinuation at our discretion.

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

  • Your order is confirmed only after payment has been received and processed.

  • We may cancel or decline an order for reasons including unavailability, errors, or suspected fraud.

  • For International orders all duties and taxes specific to their country to be borne by the customer

  • Orders are shipped within 5–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations.

  • Once products are handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

  • International shipping terms (if applicable) will be provided during checkout.
